Over the years, Cesab has won prestigious awards both in Italy and world-wide.

2006
"International Best Factory Award"
Bocconi University

In December 2006 the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan in conjunction with the newspaper the “Sole 24 Ore” presented Cesab with the “International Best Factory Award - IBFA. The award is presented to businesses which distinguish themselves in the field of Production and Logistics Management.

Cesab won through its ability to achieve excellent performance using cutting edge technology tooling and sophisticated  purchasing and production processes.

Cesab extraordinary flexibility and exceptionally efficient supply chain which manage to keep pace with the variety of products made without having to increase raw material stocks gained particular recognition. One of the deciding factors that clinched the award for Cesab was the “pull system”, which determines that the factory manufactures only customers orders. Therefore delivery deadlines are fully.

The 2006 IBFA award allows Cesab to join the ranks of other previous winners of international renown such as Ducati Motors, Procter&Gamble, RTW Italia and Cefla.

Cesab received the EcoTop 2002 award during the inauguration of the ecoCOATING 2002 Exhibition-Congress on environment-friendly paints, coatings and application technologies, held in Verona from 17^th to 19^th October 2002. The second edition of ecoCOATiNG 2002 included a special area for the "EcoTop Selection", for the best finish achieved with environment-friendly products and technologies. This was a public award to companies which had eliminated solvents from their finishing process, thereby improving their products' overall competitiveness. 20 finished products from different sectors, chosen by the Technical Committee of the Anver (Italian Industrial Painting Association) were on display. The EcoTop award was received thanks to the state-of-the art environment-friendly painting system in which CESAB has invested more than 1 million Euros.

From Industry Forum Design Hannover (IF Design) concomitant with EXPO2000. The award was assigned to the Cesab DRAGO 250.

for the best design (Blitz)



Awarded by the Italian Industrial Designers' Association to the BLITZ model in 1995 as a definite milestone in environment-friendliness in cutting-edge industrial design.
