The New Heavy Duty electric truck range of 6, 7 and 8.5 tonnes features a powerful AC drive and separated lifting and power steering motors. The hydraulic system comprises a high-efficiency silenced pump and an electro-proportional distributor. Mini-Joystick or Fingertip controls are standard and integrated in the multifunctional armrest. The battery extraction can be performed with either with a crane or from the side with an ordinary lift-truck by making full use of the two fork channels under the battery. The truck is equipped with the Operator Smart Control (OSC) featuring a new-generation display and keypad where main data like battery charge level, guided use programme, time, speed, hour-counter and rear wheel position are displayed. The driving seat enables the operator to effortlessly use all the controls keeping all the truck’s functions under control. The higher driving position and the new mast design give the operator an unrivalled view during travel and load handling. The Automatic Parking Brake (APB) system guarantees safe and smooth stopping in even the most critical situation.
